WARRANTY


Congratulations on selecting our quality products. All products are designed and engineered here in the USA for your listening pleasure. During manufacturing we use only the best material and quality workmanship available. All products are then put through extensive testing to ensure that each product meets our strict quality control requirements. These products have been designed to reproduce music and speech in a home entertainment environment. We are confident that you will enjoy many years of excellent performance.

3 Year Parts and Labor

The consumer Warranty Division warrants this product (excluding enclosure) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the period indicated. This warranty is applicable to all models in the product line.

If during the first three years that follow purchase, your product is found to have a defect in material and/or workmanship, this warranty and/or its authorized representative will repair such defect without charge for parts and labor.

If parts should be required within this three year period, that immediately follows the purchase date, the warranty division will, subject to the terms of this warranty, supply these parts without charge. However, any miscellaneous expenses incurred are the consumers responsibility. The Consumer Warranty Division reserves the right to utilize reconditioned parts in repairing these products and/or to use reconditioned units as warranty replacements.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT , AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANY IS THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT OF THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN SCOPE TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions amy not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

How To Obtain Warranty Service

Consumer Responsibilities:
If warranty service should be required, it is necessary that the consumer assume certain responsibilities as indicated below:

1.You are responsible for transporting your product for repair.

2.Please pack up the defective part carefully. Include the product's serial number and a description of the problem. Send it prepaid to consumer Warranty Division, 3419 Via Lido, Suite 249 Newport Beach, CA 92663, USA.

3.Please Do Not Return The Cabinet Enclosure. The cabinet is not covered under warranty and may get damaged in shipping.

4. All shipping arrangements must be made by you and all shipping charges and insurance must be fully prepaid.

5.f you are still covered under the 3 year warranty, the warranty covers the defective part at no charge and it will be returned to you prepaid.

6.Outside the United States, you are also responsible for transporting your product for repair. However, the return charges are prepaid if the repair is covered under warranty.

Who Is Covered:
This warranty protects the original owner and all subsequent owners of these products. Please be aware that this warranty is for 3 years and will be verified by our main office before any warranty service will be provided to you. Please keep your serial number, place/date of purchase receipt, in a safe place.

Note:
To get a lifetime of use from these quality products, we recommend that you do not use these products to test tones at other than moderate levels.

Important:
Please record the serial number of your unit (located on the back of your speaker) on your warranty card. Please keep this information in a safe place for future identification and warranty repair.

What this warranty does not cover:
This warranty shall be invalid if the product is damaged as a result of defacement, misuses, abuse, neglect, accident, destruction or alteration of the serial number, improper voltages or currents, repair, alteration, or maintenance by any person other than our own service facility or any use violating the owners instructions furnished by us.
